Meet Adam

I didn’t come to this work through a textbook. I came through a front door — as a support worker, nervous and full of purpose, stepping into a children’s home for the first time over twenty years ago.

Since then, I’ve held almost every role the sector has to offer. Support worker. Senior and deputy manager. Registered Manager. Responsible Individual. I’ve been the person writing the rota at midnight, the person filling out a Reg 40 at 3am, and the person sitting across from an Ofsted inspector hoping the home I’d poured everything into would be recognised for what it truly was.

What I saw across those two decades troubled me. Not the children — never the children. But the providers surrounding them. Well-meaning, committed people trying to navigate one of the most complex regulatory environments in social care, often without proper guidance, often overwhelmed, and sometimes failing not because they didn’t care — but because nobody had walked the journey with them.

That’s why I created Infinitas Futures.

Not to hand over checklists. Not to be another compliance box-ticker. But to be the kind of steady, knowledgeable companion I wish I’d had — someone who understands the emotional reality of this work, who knows the regulations inside out, and who genuinely believes that when providers feel supported and confident, children feel the difference.

Twenty years of experience. One purpose: to help you build something outstanding. As the children we look after deserve the best!
